Role As Head of Marketing, you will lead All Fenixs end-to-end marketing strategy across Australia and the US, owning the brands growth across all channels, both online and offline. This is a rare opportunity to step into the brands first senior marketing leadership role and shape how customers discover and fall in love with the brand. With a strong focus on DTC growth, youll drive a unified, customer-first approach that balances commercial performance with brand impact. From digital performance and CRM through to brand, influencer, wholesale, product, and experiential marketing, youll ensure every touchpoint is cohesive, ensuring the brand continues to be distinctive in its positioning. As the guardian of the All Fenix brand, you will define and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring consistent storytelling and execution across ecommerce, social, content, PR, retail partners and community. Youll work closely with the Founders and product team to align marketing with innovation and seasonal launches, while also supporting expansion and future growth opportunities. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Youll lead and mentor a growing marketing team, partner with agencies and key stakeholders, and own the marketing budget end-to-end, all while building meaningful connections with the community through brand initiatives, events and activations. The Ideal Candidate Were looking for a senior marketing leader with 10+ years of experience driving growth in D2C e-commerce or fast-moving consumer brands. You have a proven track record of building and scaling brands, delivering integrated campaigns, product launches, and experiential activations, all whilst leading high-performing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. Youre data-driven, commercially savvy, and full-funnel fluent, with expertise in paid performance and affiliate marketing. You combine strategic vision with executional rigour, turning insights into measurable results while maintaining brand consistency and creativity.
