Sales Support*** Advising customers and prospects on customization and integrations.* Drafting high-level technical plans and proposals.* Presenting technical possibilities and limitations.* Assessing commercial opportunities and technical feasibility.**3. Collaboration with Implementation Team*** Transferring clear specifications to developers.* Act as a technical point of contact during implementation.* Ensuring efficiency, reusability and maintainability of solutions.* Validating and adjusting technical choices.* Monitoring quality and intervening in case of bottlenecks.**4.
