What Youll Do - Financial Planning & Analyst Lead Full-Time, Fixed-Term (March 2026 To Oct 2026) The FP&A Lead will play a crucial role in driving our financial planning and analysis efforts Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing re-forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategy and resource planning, owning the deliverables Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and modelling to enhance insight and speed of planning, implementing best practice modelling Partner with senior leadership to advise on business performance, growth, and commercial trade-offs Own and evolve Hireups pricing framework, including scenario analysis of regulatory and wage changes Provide financial insights to guide investment, pricing, and strategic decisions Your Background Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally 5+ years Extensive experience with hands-on financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, including 3-way modeling (Profit + Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders Hands-on team player with the ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in a collaborative and integrated environment Creative and innovative, always looking at new and interesting ways of driving value for our community Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Why Should You Join?
