About the role As the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the Toys portfolio across the ANZ market, initially leading one key brand that is in a period of insanely impressive growth both locally and on a global scale, with the portfolio growing over time as additional brands come into the mix. The role will see you partner closely with the global brand team (who lead brand strategy, product development and ATL execution), being both strategic and hands on to take the lead on retail/trade marketing, including POS and activation (both instore and online), with the development and execution of retailer strategy for each channel including Target, Big W, Myer, David Jones, JB Hi FI, Harvey Norman as well as Baby Bunting speciality toy retail. You will have the opportunity to lead exciting new projects each month, including new product launches, launching into new retail channels and implementing flagship store displays, driving creative instore activations, trade shows and pop up events to drive brand visibility and love. We are looking for Strong trade marketing / retail marketing experience either brand or distributor side, ideally within to Toys / Consumer Goods / Consumer Electronics with exposure to the likes of Target, Big W Experience/understanding of licencing and working with licenced products Strong communication, presentation, relationship building and stakeholder management skills, including retailer facing experience A consumer centric and solutions-oriented mindset with a can do attitude and think outside the box Commercially minded and data/insights led thinking - able to read data to develop insights to inform decision making Strong leadership capability, with the ability to take ownership, comfortable to be both strategic and hands on in your role, working in a fast paced/SME style environment How to apply Click APPLY NOW to submit your CV, or get in touch with Natalie Rogers via [email protected] for a confidential discussion.
