A leading global B2B technology business is looking for a Finance Manager to step in on a 14 month maternity leave cover.This is an immediate start and a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Australia.You will lead a small offshore and onshore finance team and act as the senior finance contact for the region.You will report into the Head of Finance based overseas and work closely with the local customer and commercial teams on budgets, forecasts, billing and performance insights.This role suits someone who enjoys owning the numbers end to end, partnering with the business, and working confidently in a remote and global setup.What you will be doingOwning month end close and reporting for the regionLeading and reviewing the work of a Financial Accountant in Australia and an Assistant Accountant in ManilaProviding clear insights on performance, variances, and trendsOverseeing audits, statutory reporting, payroll and compliance across multiple countriesWorking closely with group finance and FP&A on reporting and analysisWhat we are looking forCA or CPA qualifiedSolid background in financial accounting or finance management within a multi entity or regional roleHands on experience with NetSuiteStrong Excel skills and confidence explaining numbers to non finance stakeholdersComfortable working remotely and across different time zonesProactive, organised, and happy to take ownershipWhy this roleFully remote workingImmediate startExposure to a global business with strong systems and structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
