As we look to the future, we will continue to innovate through new energy and fuel solutions to deliver on powering better journeys, today and tomorrow.Job DescriptionReporting to the National Property Portfolio Manager, the Property Portfolio Manager will primarily support the National Property Portfolio Manager in leasing management for Fuels Supply Chain, ensuring property compliance obligations are timely met, and manage property management dashboard to measure the performance of our portfolio.Key responsibilitiesManage property contracts including lease/licences, pipelinesIssue correspondence to landlords and external stakeholders as per agreementNegotiate and prepare lease for new and renewed lease agreementsManage Property Management Dashboard in Power BI & ExcelReview accuracy of existing property information in SAP REFX and SharePointOrganise leasehold exit and freehold sale when neededAbout youYou have a ''can do'' attitude and proven experience in a portfolio contract or leasing role.
