OverviewCalling all Service Coordinators who love getting sh*t done.Behind every safe truck, trailer, or bus on the highway is a well-run workshop and supporting that workshop is a sharp Service Coordinator keeping everything moving.At TRUCK TECH, we''re looking for experienced Service Coordinators / Fleet Coordinators / Senior Service Advisors to join our team in Stapylton (QLD). This is a pivotal role supporting our technicians, customers, and operations, where strong coordination directly impacts safety, uptime, and compliance.If you''re organised, confident, mechanically minded communicator who loves people and getting sh*t done, this role is for you.Why this role mattersYour planning, communication, and attention to detail enable our technicians to perform at their best, ensuring customer fleets are returned to the road safe, compliant, and reliable, supporting drivers, families, and communities every day.Your day will includeScheduling and coordinating servicing and repair jobs to maximise workshop efficiencyActing as the key link between customers, technicians, and internal teamsManaging job approvals, quoting, and invoicingKeeping customers informed with clear, proactive communicationMaintaining accurate service records in job management systems (Mechanic Desk, Excel, etc.)Supporting and reinforcing a strong safety-first cultureA customer obsessed positive attitude to getting sh*t done.Team player attitude on setting your team up for success in turn supporting your success.Experience in service coordination, fleet maintenance, or maintenance administrationMechanical background essential qualified mechanic or proven experience in mechanical environmentsHeavy vehicle, transport, or fleet scheduling experience (highly regarded)Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital job management systemsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organisation, and attention to detailMonthly bonus scheme averaging up to $1,000 per month (uncapped)Full-time, permanent role | Monday to FridayCertified Great Place to Work with real career progressionMechanic-led business that understands the job and backs its peopleCollaborative, safety-driven, high-performance cultureNationally expanding business investing heavily in its peopleDON''T F%#!
