Reporting to the Head of Risk & Corporate Governance, you will work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders to ensure strong governance and compliance.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Procurement & Contract Management Apply the Procurement & Contracting Policy, manage risk assessments, and lodge APRA registers.Company Secretarial & Regulatory Reporting Assist with ASIC/APRA lodgements, prepare board papers, and maintain governance policies.Annual General Meeting Manage AGM processes, documentation, and board nominations.Complaints & Dispute Resolution Oversee IDR/EDR processes, ensure ASIC RG 271 compliance, and act as Privacy Officer.Corporate Insurances Manage insurance programs, documentation, and claims support.General Administration & Projects Prepare reports, support board agendas, and assist with projects.Team Leadership Supervise and develop staff, manage performance, and support recruitment.What we''re looking forSuccess in this role is defined by effective collaboration, meaningful contributions to team and individual goals, and the ability to build strong relationships across various stakeholder groups.
