OverviewFIFO Kitchen Maintenance Supervisor WA Remote Mining Sites (FIFO from Perth). 8/6 days roster. Full-Time Permanent Position leading a small team.$111,000 Gross Per Year + Allowances + SuperThe PositionAs a FIFO Kitchen Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a small team of technicians responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen exhaust systems (range hoods, ducts, filters, and fans) across multiple remote mining sites. This leadership role ensures fire safety, hygiene compliance, and operational efficiency.Supervise and coordinate hood cleaning activities across multiple sites.Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.Plan and manage cleaning schedules in collaboration with site kitchen and FM teams.Conduct quality inspections and audits on completed work.Ensure compliance with AS 1851, NFPA 96, and site-specific safety protocols.Manage inventory of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE.Complete and review job documentation, including compliance checklists and photographic evidence.Report on team performance, site issues, and compliance outcomes to management.Travel between remote sites as required.The PersonPrevious supervisory experience in commercial kitchen or industrial cleaning (hood/exhaust cleaning preferred).Strong knowledge of fire safety and hygiene standards.White CardConfined Space Entry & Working at Heights (or we can provide)Valid WA Driver''s Licence.Ability to pass pre-employment medicalPolice Clearance within 12 monthsIKECA or similar certification (desirable but not essential).Skills & AttributesProven leadership and team management skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and make decisions in remote environments.Strong communication and reporting skills.Physically fit and able to work in hot, greasy conditions.The BenefitsWork across a range of Remote Delta FM sites WA wide on a FIFO Full-Time permanent basisCompetitive remuneration and leadership opportunity.Opportunity to lead a critical compliance function in a growing facilities management company.Career growing opportunities in a supportive team.PPE, Meals, Flights & Resort Style Accommodation all included.Site based recreation amenities include Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ''s.
