The branch offers a wide range of products and services, through our teams in Institutional Banking Group, Global Transaction Services, Treasury & Markets, and Project Finance.ResponsibilitiesProvide first level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systemsPrepare, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for new and existing staff, including OS installation, software setup, and user account configurationInstall, update, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security patchesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, security, and system performanceMaintain effective relationships with technology organisations at head office, regional offices and vendors to collaboratively develop solutions for operational issuesEnsure security of physical premises and technology systems in accordance with Bank''s security directives, including administrative, preventive, detective and reactive controls such as access reviews, change and configuration management, anti-virus and patch updatesMaintain accurate and updated documentation of IT asset inventory, network and infrastructure setup diagrams, SOPs, troubleshooting guides and issue resolutionsProvide hands-on technical support, including deploying, configuring, testing, setting up and maintaining IT components and technical environmentCollaborate with users and head office support teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner to minimise downtime and disruptionsWork with peers to uplift technical skillsets and foster a team-oriented work environmentEnsure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelinesQualificationsDegree in computer science, information technology or related fieldMinimum 3 years of technology-related experience in a financial or similarly regulated fieldData processing training, computer operations training, or experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment preferredFamiliarity with implementation and/or maintenance of network and technology infrastructureGood verbal and written communication to patiently engage with stakeholders of varying levels of technical proficiencyProactive, analytical, performance-oriented, and independent worker with strong organization skills, and effectiveness to track and follow up on assigned tasks/projects end-to-endGood working knowledge of MS Windows systems, information systems architectures, and enterprise technology environments including routing/switching, active directory, basic networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) and data centre managementAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficientlyWilling to learn continuously, including new areas/responsibilitiesOpen mindset and able to work in diverse and dynamic team #J-18808-Ljbffr
