OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Intelligence Analyst to join the National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP). In this role, you will conduct intelligence analysis to support the program''s operations, utilising intelligence tools and methodologies, and planning and managing intelligence collections.ResponsibilitiesCollection Planning and Management: Develop and manage collection plans to systematically gather intelligence. Ensure these plans align with the NFAEP''s strategic objectives and priorities. Coordinate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collection.Intelligence Analysis: Utilise intelligence and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to gather, analyse, and assess complex data and information related to NFAEP operations.Analysis Techniques: Apply a range of intelligence analysis techniques to interpret collected data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to inform the program''s strategy.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports outlining intelligence findings, trends and recommendations. Present these reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Compliance: Ensure all intelligence activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with program stakeholders to understand intelligence needs and gather feedback.Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of intelligence tools and methodologies, implementing improvement.Desirable Qualifications And ExperienceExperience in an intelligence role, particularly in regulatory, security, law enforcement or environmental contexts, is desirable but not mandatory.What We''re Looking ForRelevant tertiary or industry qualifications are also advantageous.We Seek Candidates WhoMeet the role''s requirements, including relevant past experience.
