If you''ve got solid admin skills, a good understanding of building materials, and you don''t mind clocking some overtime, this could be the perfect fit. It''s a straightforward role for someone who knows how to stay on top of things and keep the wheels turning.About the rolesWe are currently seeking an experienced Store Person to join our residential construction team located at our project in Kilcoy - located 40 minutes inland from Caboolture. This is an ideal role for a person who has experience in managing stock plus has general labouring skills to cover a range of duties including manual handling, stores duties, assisting tradesmen and general cleaning.We''re also on the hunt for a general labourer - if you''ve had experience on a construction site and want to build a career for yourself within the industry this is the role for you. GemLife will support your professional development and assist you with gaining tickets as required!Primary duties will be:Unloading, unpacking, and receipting incoming stock and materials.Checking both incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.Managing stock/inventory control (including establishing processes).General labourer duties.Packaging of all outgoing orders.Ensure that a clean and safe working environment is upheld.About YouGeneral warehouse and/or stocktaking experience.A knowledge of residential construction or a construction background would be great but not essentialGeneral Construction Industry - White Card.Current Australian Driver Licence.Excellent time managementand communication skills.Enthusiasm and be results driven.Fit and capable of physical labour.An immediate start is required, and an attractive wages package will be offered to the successful candidate based on skills and experience.About UsGemLife is one of Australia''s fastest growing developers of luxury, over 50s residential resorts.
