We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our Adelaide Office. We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who is eager to provide exceptional administrative support. Our team are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients whilst managing your own lifestyle and wellbeing.A standard week will look like:Answering and directing calls in a professional mannerPreparing boardroom, welcoming clients and clearing the boardroom for further useDeliveries and collections within the CBDFiling (physical and electronic)Collecting, processing and distributing mailElectronic filing of court documentsScanning, printing and archivingTidying and stocking the office, kitchen and stationery areasAssisting the Legal Secretary team with tasksCoordinating office functionsAny other ad-hoc administrative tasks as your skills growSkills and experienceWho are you? The ideal candidate will have:Good MS Office proficiencyA strong and reliable work ethicGreat organisational skillsSelf-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksAttention to detailExcellent communications skillsA friendly and professional mannerThe desire to learn, grow and be part of a teamWe prioritise team success, and an attitude that we should all lift-up those we work with.
