This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community''s lifestyle offering. The Leasing Consultant supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and proactively manages lease renewals in alignment with Greystar''s best practices. Responsibilities include lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with other team members to enhance resident engagement.
