We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Casual Console Operator to join our friendly and hardworking team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, handson environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both locals and travelers. About the Role This is a fastpaced environment where the ability to multitask and manage your time is essential. Your main focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the store is always clean, stocked, safe and welcoming. Key responsibilities include: Serving customers at the fuel console and instore Preparing and serving food and baristastyle coffee Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels Processing NSW Lotteries sales Promoting and selling Shell Premium Fuels, lubricants, and convenience products Adhering to all health, safety, and food handling requirements About You & Your Skills To be successful in this role, you will: Be passionate and motivated to provide outstanding customer service Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Can multitask and work well under pressure Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends Be physically capable of standing for long periods and undertaking moderate to heavy lifting and reaching Be willing to learn and confidently promote our wide range of products, including Shell fuels and lubricants, NSW Lotteries, barista coffee, and fast food Always act responsibly, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards and NSW food safety and handling requirements Apply Now If you feel you have what it takes to be part of our amazing local team, we would love to hear from you.
