Locations: Aveo Retirement Communities Banora Point (x2) and Murwillumbah Opportunity: Permanent part-time 22.8 hours per week. Ideally split across three days; flexible on days and times for the right candidate. Your Impact: - Working cohesively with the Sales Manager to support the sales process from enquiry to settlement, including administration, forms, and welcome kits. - Creating a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by assisting with tours, calls, and community engagement events - Keeping display villas & units, signage, and the sales office presentation-ready at all times - Managing CRM updates, marketing updates, listings, brochures and sales files to ensure accurate and timely information - Assisting with events and Open Home activities to support lead generation and build local engagement - Liaising with exiting residents, vendors and stakeholders to keep communication clear, consistent, and professional - Ensuring every step of the move-in experience is smooth, supportive, and stress-free for our residents Why Aveo? - Attractive sales bonus incentives scheme and annual vehicle allowance - Phone, laptop and Aveo systems provided - Paid Parental Leave and Purchased Annual Leave options - An ''All About Me'' leave day per year - Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program - Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers - Opportunities for further career development (e.g. develop into a Sales Manager) - Join a growing industry that is purpose-driven and provides better work/life balance What youll bring: - Current NSW Real Estate Certification (required). A QLD Real Estate licence with an application submitted for NSW mutual recognition will also be considered. - Background in any real estate, property or customer service position (e.g. Sales Associate or Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Admin or similar) - Strong attention to detail and administration skills with a proactive approach to organising tasks - A warm, professional and polished appearance with strong customer service and communication skills (first impressions count!) - Confidence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (highly desired) - A self-motivated attitude that possesses an empathetic approach to vendors and a team-first mindset Who we are As a leader in retirement living, with 30 years'' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
