Trident is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at Newmarket Village. 16th January 2026 Retail Cleaning Supervisor - Newmarket Village About the Role We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Regional Manager with coordinating daily cleaning operations at a premium retail outlet in Newmarket. This handson role involves supporting team members and helping with minor roster and task adjustments. Ideal for an experienced cleaner looking to grow into a team support position. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support - Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required) - Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management - Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation - Report hazards and incidents - Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication Skills & Experience - Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred) - Minimum one years supervisory experience in any industry - Reliable, proactive, and physically fit - Able to work independently and in a team Mandatory Requirements - Police Check (or willing to obtain) - Australian work rights (unlimited) - First Aid (desirable) - QLD Drivers Licence - Available to work a MonFri 06301436 roster What We Offer - Uniform and training provided - Supportive team environment - Career growth opportunities About Trident Services We deliver professional cleaning and security services across Australias retail centres and airports, with a focus on high standards and customer service.
