What we''re after: Retail and pool industry experience preferred A positive, can-do attitude someone who takes initiative, shows up on time, and gets stuck in. Strong communication skills confident helping customers, answering questions, and guiding them through product options. A genuine interest in learning well teach you water testing, chemical balancing, product knowledge, and more. Team player vibes youll work closely with both the retail and mobile technician teams. Willingness to work across our Albany Creek, Stafford and other surrounding stores within our territories. What you''ll be doing: Greeting and helping walk-in customers, answering product and service enquiries. Conducting pool water testing and recommending treatment solutions (well train you!). Selling a range of pool chemicals, equipment, and accessories from floaties to filters. Maintaining store presentation restocking shelves, keeping things clean and tidy, and assisting with visual merchandising. Learning the ins and outs of pool care products, and becoming a go-to in-store expert over time. Supporting our service team with stock, equipment, and customer follow-ups. Lending a hand with deliveries and / or basic admin tasks as part of the day-to-day. Store opening, closing and cash handling.
