Well as a Production Operator in Computershare Communication Services (CCS) you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, who are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical (paper based) customer communications.Hours are Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm.You will be operating specialised production equipment including but not limited to;Digital printing on High-speed Continuous Inkjet Presses. (Ricoh)Cut- Sheet digital printing on Toner and Inkjet production printers. (Xerox)High and Medium speed mail enclosing equipment.Manual hand sorting and enclosing.Guillotines and cutting equipment.You will be working in environment were maintaining a high level of discipline and accuracy in ensuring that processes and quality control methods are a part of the everyday culture and service that is focused on meeting the clients'' expectations and set KPI''s.What will you bring to the role?You will use your strongorganisational and planning capabilities to excel in this role as well as being anexcellent communicator Buildingstrong relationships internally.Some other key skills that you''ll have:Operate production equipment and systems in line with manufacturers guidelines.Achieve scheduled output figures in line with daily targetsAchieve 100% reconciliation of all output to ensure all work is compliant and in line with customer requirements.Always demonstrate safe working practicesEnsure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with equipment manufacturer specifications and ISO 9001:2018 procedures and work Instructions.Essential experienceNo Educational Qualifications other than ability to read and write in English.
