We are looking for a senior AI Architect / Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-level AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and strategic consulting, making it ideal for someone who can turn emerging AI technologies into real-world business outcomes.You''ll work closely with clients and internal teams to shape AI strategy, deliver complex solutions, and drive innovation across large-scale environments.Responsibilities:Enterprise AI & Generative AI DeliveryDesign and deliver advanced AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems.Develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI architectures, integrating foundation models, orchestration layers, data platforms, and enterprise systems.Build end-to-end solutions across the full stack, from back-end services to user-facing applications.Collaborate with stakeholders including engineers, data scientists, product teams, and senior business leaders to ensure solutions align with organisational goals.Establish best practices for performance, security, reliability, observability, compliance, and long-term maintainability of AI platforms.Skills & Experience:15+ years of experience in software engineering, with substantial hands-on delivery of AI/ML solutions and recent production experience in Generative AI.Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, including:Large Language Models (LLMs)Vector databases and embeddingsRAG architectures and autonomous agentsPrompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration frameworks (experience with LangChain and LangGraph required)Strong full-stack development experience using modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g. React, Angular, , Python, Django, Flask).Proven expertise in cloud-based AI architectures and MLOps/DevOps, particularly within Azure environments, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Prompt Shields.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Background in consulting or professional services, including client engagement, solution design, and delivery leadership
