They also expect the same from the construction unit they build to join them.As a result, top construction professionals throughout the state are staying the course easily and organically from one project to the next, as management is truly leading from the front.The ProjectsThey are a turnkey builder capable of designing, constructing, and delivering hard-dollar builds for projects between $15M and $50M, most of the time.They have two projects starting in February. The project for which they need your expertise is a large fit-out and refurbishment valued at approximately $20M.The scope is for almost 100 units to be gutted, stripped, and rewired for electrical and a few other trades, before completion, to fit out and refit from the ground up.Then, refurbishing the entire complex, which even includes the roofing. Making this complex look brand new, ready for the new tenants.
