About the role We are seeking casual aged and disability support workers with a drivers license and access to a vehicle. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, 7am 6pm, with weekend opportunities. You will assist clients at home and in the community with: - Transport - Shopping - Personal care - Companionship - Meal preparation - Social and community access Qualifications About you - A genuine passion for providing high-quality care - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility and adaptability - Minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability - Current drivers license and access to a fully insured vehicle - Current First Aid and CPR certificates - Australian Federal Police Check - NSW Working with Children Check - Willing to travel between Carlingford, Lidcombe, Auburn, Strathfield, Burwood, Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs The starting hourly rate is from $39 plus shift loadings and superannuation. Ongoing support is provided by our dedicated Care Coordination Team, including trained nurses.
