About the role As Printing Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of Councils printed materialsensuring everything is accurate, on brand, on time and finished to a professional standard. You will also play a key role in maintaining equipment, managing supplies and keeping the print room running smoothly. Your duties - Print, finish, collate and distribute promotional material and corporate documents across the organisation - Produce flyers, mail-outs, posters and other materials for internal clients within agreed timeframes - Operate high-volume digital black and white and colour printers, as well as finishing equipment including binders and guillotines - Order and manage stock levels for paper, ink/toner, stationery and print supplies - Liaise with external printers and suppliers as required - Maintain a safe, organised and efficient print room environment - Provide administrative support to the Design team as needed Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts, or equivalent relevant experience - Minimum 3 years experience working in a print room environment - Experience across all areas of printing, including finishing and distribution - Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional - Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple print jobs - Solid computer skills and strong attention to detail Benefits - 21 hour working week - Access to Fitness Passport - Novated Lease options available for private use vehicles - Up to $100 yearly Health & Fitness reimbursement (conditional) - Free confidential Employee Assistance Program - Beautiful Ku-ring-gai Location - Supportive team environment - Access to a wide range of development and training opportunities For more information on the benefits offered at Ku-ring-gai Council, please refer to our website, click here.
