Our game is for everyone, and we strive to be a workplace for everyone.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Ticketing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support across all AFL Competitions by fulfilling internal ticketing requirements of AFL stakeholders, including ensuring update-to-date financials and recording. In addition, the role will be responsible for responding to inbound customer queries, as well as providing general administrative to support to all team members.Please note this is a casual position.A DAY IN THE LIFETicketing OperationsAllocate and distribute internal and external stakeholder ticketing requirements bothinterstate and in VictoriaDeliver standard internal AFL ticketing allocations (e.g. Auskick, Umpires, enclosures) asrequiredAssist in the processing and distribution of AFL and Club accreditationAssist in the delivery and fulfilment of ticketing programs.Accurate data entry and management of all ticketing databases including AFL AwardWinners, accreditation, and ticketing programs.Management of AFL Ticketing & AFL Award Winner inbox with emails responded to in atimely mannerCommunicate ticketing updates effectively and in a timely manner to internal and externalstakeholdersWhere required support the Ticketing Department in any task to assist in the delivery of allticketing services and operations, including match days.Planning, Processes and ReportingUnderstanding of best practice, compliance and policy frameworks regarding ticketingoperations to respond to enquiries as requiredProvide detailed and timely reports in appropriate formats as requiredPeople and CultureBe part of a collaborative, integrated, effective team in a fun, positive and open work environment while working both in the office and remotelyStakeholder & Fan RelationshipsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with ticketing agents, venuerepresentatives, Clubs and internal departmentsProvide exceptional customer service to all clients and ensure all customer enquiries arehandled in a friendly and efficient mannerCORE COMPETENCIESDemonstrated experience with ticketing systems and processesAbility to work independently and to strict guidelines and deadlinesStrong team work ethicAbility to effectively multi-taskOutstanding customer serviceStrong attention to detailAbility to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong administration skillsMandatoryMinimum of 12 months experience in a ticketing related roleCompetency with ticketing systems and processesBackground in customer service or engagementDesirableCompletion of VCE or equivalentExperience in customer service or engagementExperience in office administrationWorking knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)Working knowledge of ticketing systems and processesKnowledge of membership databasesExperience or knowledge of AFL or other large-scale sporting organisationsApplications Close: 9 March 2026
