Reporting to theFinance Controller, theBusiness Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of key business applications. Supporting day-to-day systems operations you will enhance user experience and drive improvements across finance-related processes.You will be responsible for;Act as the subject matter expert for ERP, SAP Concur, and ADP payroll systems.Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.Manage configuration changes, testing cycles, UAT, and golive activities.Maintain data integrity, system compliance, and auditready documentation.Create and update SOPs, process maps, and system documentation.Deliver enduser training and develop user guides.Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across teams.Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.Support reporting automation and BI tool development.Serve as the primary contact for external IT audits and stakeholder coordination.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable35 years'' experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Finance Systems Analyst roleStrong experience working with ERP systems and SAP ConcurSolid understanding of finance and business processesDemonstrated experience delivering system implementations and driving process improvementsStrong documentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholdersHands-on, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, SQL, or other data query tools is highly regarded.Why PolyNovo?Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
