Working closely with vocational teaching teams, you will design and deliver tailored learning experiences that align with students'' industry pathways.This is a hands-on role where you will engage students in meaningful, practical learningbuilding their confidence in applying literacy and numeracy in real-world scenarios.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging, customised learning experiences that support students'' literacy and numeracy developmentWork collaboratively with vocational teaching staff to embed literacy and numeracy into industry-specific learning programsIdentify and support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring no one is left behindUse innovative teaching methods, including digital tools and interactive learning strategiesMonitor student progress and provide tailored feedback to help them reach their learning goalsEnsure compliance with national VET quality standards and BKI policies.About you:You are passionate about student success and have a talent for making literacy and numeracy engaging and accessible. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a positive learning experience.You will bring:Bachelor of Education,Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Education, or higher. This may include qualifications relating to TESOL, adult education or vocational education.
