Speech Pathologist ( Full-time / Part-time) Supportive team and learning culture Great team environment Clinic-based role About Us We are a multidisciplinary allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages. We offer a flexible and well-supported work environment with a strong focus on peer learning, functional therapy, evidence-based practice, and a holistic approach to client care. Our client base includes individuals accessing NDIS funding (as a registered NDIS provider), Medicare funding, insurance, and private services. This role would suit someone interested in working with paediatric clients, or a mixed caseload including teenagers, young adults, and some adult clients. Due to changes in service delivery following the COVID-19 pandemic, clinical care may be delivered across varied settings and platforms, including face-to-face and telehealth sessions. The role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional community, school, or home visits as required. Services include both individual and group therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Providing education to clients and caregivers and developing individualised treatment and therapy plans Maintaining detailed progress notes, writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters, and developing and reviewing goals based on assessment outcomes Reporting progress and client status to relevant parties (e.g. family members, teachers, medical professionals) with consent Participating in care team meetings as required About the Benefits We offer a supportive and experienced team environment with access to supervision and mentoring to support clinical skill development across a wide range of practice areas.
