Skills and commitment that we need: Demonstrated experience in management of fast paced and flexible food and beverage business (Minimum 3 years Management experience) Ability to create/manage weekly budgets, rostering, forecasting and COGS Career minded with exceptional leadership skills, we need you to be capable & keen to grow and develop people. Experience in developing, upgrading, implementing and maintaining operational proceduresyou''ll need to be able to write a procedure or two. Ability and commitment to growing quality of experience and sales. Some understanding of accommodation (we have 14 guest rooms, currently running over 60% occupancy year round) but we can train in this area. What will you look like?
