You''ll work with cuttingedge AI tools, record and evaluate Spanish speech samples, and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to strengthen voice models.ResponsibilitiesOn a typical day, you will record scripted material, assess AIgenerated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness, annotate errors, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.QualificationsFluency in Spanish is required, along with demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work. Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Clear communication skills and attention to detail are essential. A highquality recording setupincluding a reliable microphone and a quiet environmentis required.CompensationWe offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
