You''ll work within our cleanroom facility, ensuring every item meets the highest standards of quality and precision while keeping production on schedule. Collaborating closely with teams across the business, you''ll help drive seamless, efficient, and reliable product manufacturing from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the Company''s commercial and prototype production in a cleanroom environmentCollaborate with the production team to adhere to production schedules and delivery timelines for finished goodsFollow Quality System and design files throughout the manufacturing processComply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all areas of manufacturingAdhere to and enforce the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protocols within the production areaOrganise and set up packing materials required for finished goodsEfficiently pack finished goods according to standard operating proceduresMonitor equipment calibration due dates and maintain compliance with specificationsConduct in-process monitoring of processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standardsMaintain the cleanroom environment ensuring waste removal and optimal facility conditionsPerform equipment repairs and cleaning as necessaryComplete assigned duties within a timely mannerEvaluate equipment performance and recommend improvementsUse of trolleys to transfer production equipment and materials between warehouses and work areasAdhere to safety procedures and company policies for equipment operationPropose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safetyContribute to waste management initiativesIdentify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediatelyMaintain a clean, safe and organised work areaUpdate or review manufacturing related documents within the Quality Management System as requiredActively participate in data entry related to various manufacturing actions (logs, registers, non-conformances, change controls, date change requests and CAPAs) as requiredExperienceProduction experience with polymers, mixing, handling hot solutions, electrical and gas safety precautionsPrevious experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferredExperience and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Experience and understanding of safe chemical handling proceduresHigh level of experience working autonomously and within a small team environmentSkills / CompetenciesUnderstanding of safe work environments and hazard reportingHigh level of proactive problem-solving skillsDemonstrated excellence in reporting, documentation and organisationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating proceduresEffective interpersonal skills across various organisational levelsWhy PolyNovo?Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
