It''s bandwidth.This role exists to convert that pipeline while building the next $500K through aggressive commercial outbound prospecting.What You''ll DoYour first 90 days: Inherit and work the existing $300K+ warm pipeline (60% of time) while building new commercial outbound prospecting motion (40% of time). By Month 4-6, you''ll shift to 70%+ outbound as inherited deals convert.Ongoing responsibilities:Conduct site visits and deliver quotes within 48-72 hoursSystematic follow-up on pending and sent estimates (3-5 touches minimum per deal)Outbound prospecting to property managers, facility managers, HOA contactsBuild long-term commercial relationships for recurring workManage personal pipeline from first contact through collectionActivity focus: 85% commercial development, 15% select high-value residential opportunitiesTarget accounts:Apartment communities and multifamily propertiesHOA/CDD communitiesCommercial facilities and office complexesStrip malls and shopping centersMedical offices and healthcare facilitiesIndustrial parks and warehousesProperty management companiesPricing: You''ll work within defined guardrails.
