You''ll ensure highquality, compliant service delivery across sites, support broader CHPACS operations, and foster robust internal and external stakeholder relationships. Your leadership will empower staff, enhance service impact, and help create highquality early years learning environments.What you''ll be doingYou will provide strategic and clinical leadership, operational oversight, and capacitybuilding support that strengthens both the Paediatric Psychology team and educators across the early years sector.Service Oversight: Lead the delivery and continuous improvement for School Readiness Funding (SRF) Allied Health team in line with organisational and funding requirements.Team Leadership & Support: Provide leadership, clinical supervision, and mentorship to staff. Promote a positive team culture that aligns to Each''s strategic plan, and ensure service delivery remains consistent with current best practice models.Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support referrals and integrated service delivery.Clinical Supervision: Provide effective supervision across sites, ensuring reflective practice and ethical decision-making.Risk & Waitlist Management: Guide staff in managing risk and ensure best practice in waitlist monitoring.
