With a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.Your part in our Clinical TeamAs our Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a service portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through the provision of guidance and mentorship. The role will hone your effective decision making and clinical experience where you will provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. You will review client care and care plans promoting independence and quality of life, making a real difference to the quality of care delivered. This includes:Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plansComprehensive and accurate assessment of residentsAssisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional developmentSupport in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standardsWhat makes a difference for us?You will be an experienced clinician with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment. Youll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.
