Your role: Capgemini''s DCX business enables clients to deliver connected, human-centric experiences powered by cloud, data, and AI. As Head of Salesforce, you will be the evangelist and technical authority for Salesforce within DCX in Australia and New Zealand - defining strategy, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing practice that leverages AI-enabled software engineering, agentic-driven SDLC, to accelerate delivery and unlock new business value.This role is pivotal in shaping workforce transformation, embedding AI-driven productivity, and creating next-generation delivery models that combine human expertise with autonomous agents for speed, quality, and resilience. You will also strengthen Capgemini''s position as a strategic Salesforce Partner, driving alliance growth and co-innovation.Key responsibilities:Strategic leadership & innovation - define and execute the Salesforce growth strategy for DCX ANZ, integrating AI-enabled software engineering and agentic-driven SDLC principles to automate design, build, and test cycles.Thought Leadership - demonstrate ongoing thought leadership and points of view on Salesforce positioning, investment and trends, in particular Agentforce and Salesforce Vives, that helps shape Capgemini''s go-to-market, client propositions and internal strategy.Practice Planning and Execution setting the strategic direction of Salesforce practice within DCX, working with sales and pre-sales teamsSalesforce partner & alliance leadership - strengthen Capgemini''s position as a Salesforce Summit Partner, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and industry-specific solutions.Collaborate with Salesforce on innovation programs, roadmap alignment, and joint IP development (accelerators, templates, AI-driven delivery assets).Represent Capgemini in Salesforce executive councils, partner advisory boards, and thought leadership forums.Technical authority & delivery excellence - act as Executive Architect for strategic programs, leveraging AI-enabled engineering and agentic orchestration for multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data Cloud, AI Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack).Champion adoption of the Salesforce Vibes Agentic Platform to enable autonomous orchestration of development tasks, compliance checks, and release pipelines.Oversee agentic SDLC adoption across delivery - automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and telemetry-driven optimization.Sponsor Architecture Review Boards and ensure alignment with trust-by-design principles, including AI governance and ethical automation.workforce transformation - define skills evolution pathways for architects and developers to thrive in an agentic ecosystem (AI prompt engineering, automation governance).Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, ensuring teams embrace AI-driven productivity tools and ethical automation practices. Your profile:Salesforce Multi-Cloud Mastery: Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data Cloud, AI Cloud/Einstein, MuleSoft, Slack, Industries.Workforce Transformation Leadership: Designing hybrid human-agent delivery models, skill frameworks, and productivity accelerators.Alliance Management: Deep experience in Salesforce partnership programs, co-sell strategies, and joint innovation initiatives.Qualifications:1215+ years in enterprise platforms, with 8+ years leading Salesforce programs or practices.A strong point of view, and practical experience in AI-enabled software engineering, agentic delivery models, and workforce transformation initiatives.Salesforce certifications (CTA preferred) and familiarity with AI Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack.Track record of thought leadership in AI-driven delivery and agentic architectures.Experience managing Salesforce Partner relationships and driving alliance growth.
