During periods of higher demand, the Property Host coordinates and supervises Housekeeping team members to maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency.In addition to housekeeping, the Property Host supports onsite guest services by preparing for contactless arrivals, responding promptly to guest issues, and acting as the hotel''s onsite duty manager during opening hours. The role also manages basic maintenance issues, incident reporting, first aid and emergency responses, along with key operational tasks such as draft rostering, linen and stock management, and VIP amenity coordination.With a strong sense of ownership, pride in standards, and a warm, professional communication style, the Property Host ensures the hotel operates smoothly and guests receive a seamless, well-supported stay.
