ROLE PURPOSE We are recruiting for an experienced Banking Officer tojoin the Banking & Billing team within the broader Finance function, supporting the timely and accurate processing of customer payments to enable strong cash flow, billing accuracy, and customer outcomes across the business.This role is responsible for managing the receipt, reconciliation, and allocation of customer payments received via EFT, cheque, and credit card, ensuring adherence to service levels and minimising unapplied cash and aged debt risk. The Banking Officer will also support reconciliation activities, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payment and billing issues efficiently.
