Salisbury Vet Surgery is a small animal clinic serving our local community of pet l ov ers . Our friendly team are looking for an ex perienced vet nurse / receptionist , a real go getter with a b right smile t o run our front of house services and provi de exceptional customer care .To be considered y ou must meet the following criteria:Demonstrated experience working in a direct client facing position in a veterinary or medical environmentAbility to coordinate animal medical cases and priorities with the veterinary teamExperience managing a ppointment b ook s and s cheduling softwareAbility to engage and educate clients on our services and wellness programsGood account acumen managing estimates, invoicing and payment optionsM aintain standards of care through records, reminders and recallsExcellent verbal and written communicatio n with both clients and team membersMa naging information and records in accordance with our privacy standardsStrong computer skills with ability to learn and teach new systemsVibrant , compassionate and warm nature to put our clients and pets at easeCoordinate our social media, campaigns and google requirementsMaintain work health and safety compliance with visitors, suppliers and tradesEnsure our reception and waiting area is always clean and well presentedReporting to the Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team to ensure that our clients and pets receive the best possible care and attention .
