About The Role As a Senior or Director level Planner/Scheduler you will be embedded within a multidisciplinary Planning & Delivery team providing Project Management & Contract Administration (PMCA) services to our Defence client. You will take ownership of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a major Defence facilities and infrastructure programme, ensuring alignment across design, construction and stakeholder milestones. The role is based in Perth, Subiaco and Garden Island, WA. What Youll Be Doing Develop, maintain and analyse the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6. Integrate subschedules from contractors, consultants and stakeholders. Clean and import schedules in P6 while maintaining data integrity and controlled access. Identify risks and opportunities, propose mitigation strategies. Coordinate with the cost team to align schedules with budgets and cashflows. Support the Risk Lead with schedule impact analysis and forecasting. Provide highquality schedule inputs and analysis for internal and client reporting. What You Need To Succeed Expert level experience in planning/scheduling, preferably within Defence, or building and infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
