About the Role Join BDO as a Vacationer in our Sustainability team in June/July 2026! As a Vacationer, youll see firsthand how our Sustainability team assists our clients with their sustainability goals through climate risk and scenario analysis, sustainability reporting, sustainability and decarbonisation strategy and naturerelated financial impact and dependency analysis. About the Vacation Program This is more than just work experience. Our 4week, fulltime paid program offers: Support from your buddy and manager Networking and social activities The chance to work with your Vacationer cohort on an Innovation Challenge Opportunities to develop your technical and essential skills Benefits including healthy snacks and dress for your day Insights into the career paths at BDO, and the possibility of a graduate offer at the end of the program. Eligibility To be eligible for our Vacation Program, you must be: A strong academic foundation from your current studies no degree discipline requirement but a passion for all things sustainability and an inquisitive mind. In your penultimate or final year of your undergraduate or postgraduate studies. Available to start in June/July 2026 (intake timing may vary by location).
