About The Role As a fulltime or parttime Occupational Therapist you will provide highquality assessments and interventions to clients, delivering a personcentred approach in their homes and coordinating with case managers, allied health professionals, GPs, and other health care providers. You will write reports that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP providers, and reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence. In This Role You Will Be Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality occupational therapy services tailored to each clients needs. Conducting assessments and providing interventions in clients homes. Collaborating with case managers, allied health professionals, GPs, and other health care professionals. Writing reports that meet funding body standards. Reflecting our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity, and Service Excellence. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with case managers, GPs, community centres, and referrers. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in the community. Full working rights in Australia. Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
