Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10+ year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26.Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource.The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. We seek to foster an energetic and collaborative work culture that attracts and retains exceptional employees.Bellevue Gold is seeking anUndergroundDrill and Blast Technician to support our Production Engineering team in delivering safe, practical and high-quality drill, blast and production outcomes.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in underground mining, with strong on-the-job learning and exposure to how production plans are designed and executed. The role is site based on an 8 days-on-6-days-off roster, working in the Technical Service Department and reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer. Work time is divided between the office and underground where you are required to assist in conducting inspections to validate plans and support safe execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport drill, blast and production plan designLiaise with operators, engineers and contractors to ensure plans are practicalConduct underground inspections and task observationsAssist with QA/QC monitoring, troubleshooting and stope reconciliationMaintain high-quality underground performance dataAssist in delivering improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiencyAbout YouYou are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoy working with people.
