What you will do Driving quality programme planning and implementation Coaching, training and developing colleagues to increase skill and competency to enable highquality service delivery Developing and maintaining operational stakeholder relationships that are critical to the success of the programme Coordinating staff caseloads and programme logistics, monitoring and evaluation, risk management and child protection Maintaining a caseload of clients.
