About the role This is a pivotal role as the People and Culture Manager for Australian Pacific Hotels, which operates a portfolio of leading hotel properties across Western Australia. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the people strategy and building a strong, highperforming culture to support the organisation''s ambitious growth plans. The role is based at our head office in East Perth. What you''ll be doing Partnering with business leaders to design and implement innovative people initiatives that attract, retain and develop top talent. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management and succession planning, WHS, EAP, and Tanda system. Driving a positive, inclusive and highperformance culture aligned to the company''s values and vision. Leading the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures and systems to enhance efficiency. Providing strategic HR advisory support to the leadership team on all peoplerelated matters and admin support. Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and equitable workplace. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. What we''re looking for Degree qualified in Human Resources, business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years'' experience in a senior HR or people leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing people strategies to support business objectives. Strong employee relations skills with the ability to navigate complex workplace situations. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for employee engagement and organisational development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
