Eligibility requirements Youll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance due to the nature of our work. You must have completed at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline in 2024 or 2025, or expect to complete all requirements of your studies by December 2026. About the Opportunity Your journey as an Aerospace Engineering Graduate is about to accelerate! As an Aerospace Engineering Graduate at BAE Systems, you will: Assist with activities to ensure that applicable aircraft and aircraft equipment remains technically acceptable by ensuring design standards are not compromised. Carry out duties that make sure the equipment continues to conform to the authorised basis of certification and specifications of design requirements are authorised within such standards. Bring issues affecting airworthiness to the attention of the Senior Design Engineer. Support technical information reviews that assist to determine the necessary action and embodiment implementation, including specification of design change in a professional manner. Manage own elements of engineering work package within your responsibility in accordance with appropriate standard procedures and work instructions including compliance. Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the risk management process. Support relevant software development processes. Provide assistance with developing algorithms and control systems through model based design methodologies. Support integration of developed control systems into software products.
