HSE Advisor | FIFO | 2:1 | Cairns or Brisbane FIFO from Cairns or Brisbane to Weipa Region 2:1 roster Help create a safe home away from home Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate safety professional to support our site operations in the Weipa region, in far North Qld. Working a FlyInFlyOut 14 days on and 7 days off for 11 hours per day from Cairns or Brisbane. Reporting to the HSE Manager you will undertake comprehensive incident investigations and provide local support of the injury management process. You will administer inductions and competency assessments, support teams with developing pretask risk assessments, lead toolbox meetings and drive company and clientdriven HSE activities and programs. You will support staff to comply with HACCP and Food Safety plans and train staff according to respective requirements. Qualifications and Experience Qualification in Health and Safety (mandatory) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory) Good knowledge of H&S Legislation with relevant training Excellent time management and teamwork skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong computer literacy Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights Current full Manual Drivers license is mandatory to operate our site vehicles Ability to undergo a preemployment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check Benefits Access to employee discounts Opportunities for development Access to Sodexo''s Recognition & Rewards Program The desired lifestyle opportunities available in the cape Why choose Sodexo?
