We are seeking motivated and committed Laundry & Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Greensborough. About the role Reliability, flexibility and ability to work as a positive team member in a busy aged care environment Demonstrated resident advocacy while ensuring dignity of residents in your care Possession of a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification). Possession of Food Handling Certificate (if applicable) This opportunity is for full time, part time or casual shifts. Skills and experience Passionate about residential aged care Must be flexible and self-motivated with good communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Previous experience working in residential aged care Minimum 6 months experience in residential aged care or similar healthcare setting Certificate 3 or higher in Aged Care Current and Valid Police Check Valid Food Safety Certificate or Food Handler''s Permit Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa) Good verbal and written communication skills
