This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who is seeking a long-term career in a supportive company. The successful applicant will have the desire to progress to eventually be out on the road working as part of our Trades Sales Team.To begin, you will be working from our corporate Head Office at Gepps Cross, developing your product knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, processing orders and collaborating with our external sales team.Once you have developed this foundation, you will have ongoing training and development to learn the world of sales from our experienced team, who will mentor and coach you to achieve your goals.Duties will include:Providing outstanding customer service to our customersHigh volume of communication via phone and emailProcessing and entering ordersContinual learning and developing product knowledgeLiaising with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team membersLearning our functions and systems, including operations, customer service and administrationSkills and attributes:If you are coachable and have a willingness to learn, thats what we are looking for!
