If youre known for your professionalism, excellent communication skills, and ability to keep things organised, we would like to hear from you. Successful candidates will have experience in managing a large number of job allocations, and have ideas to contribute for continuous improvement. If you have a minimum of seven years industry experience in last mile deliveries and looking for a senior role within a fleet environment then this may be your next opportunity. Your Key Responsibilities: Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers via our internal system Address driver queries through the FMS system and on the phone Accurately record the cost of driver work, including waiting times, in the FMS system Ensure proper job coding and that time-based jobs are correctly logged Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding new customer accounts and new drivers joining the team Plan and allocate pre-booked customer work for the following day What Were Looking For: A team player with a positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think outside the square and challenge the status quo A keen eye for detail and accuracy Only Successful Candidates will be contacted Your Application Questions: How many years'' experience do you have in the logistics, freight & delivery services industry?
