Security Officers Westfield Geelong We are currently seeking reliable and licensed security officers to join our team in the Control Room at Westfield Geelong. As a Security Officer, youll use your experience to support a highly regarded retail centre in a relaxed coastal city. Youll take an active role in maintaining safety and ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting customers, responding to incidents, and working alongside centre management. Roster Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 0600-1800 Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 0600-1800 What youll be doing Delivering high-quality front-line customer service Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations Monitoring safety risks and reporting incidents Assisting with crowd management and deescalation Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures What youll need Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control & Monitoring function Current First Aid and CPR Certificates Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work 12 hour shifts between 0600-1800 High standard of personal presentation and customerfocused attitude Why join Trident?
