Our Mount Private Hospital is seeking experienced Nurses suited to a fast-paced environment to be part of our Day Procedure Unit (DPU) and new Day of Surgery Admission (DOSA). Key functions include: Specialising in endoscopy, cardiac, orthopaedic, general, neurosurgery and bariatric surgery Established and maintained positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures Provide exceptional customer service and personcentred and evidencebased care Provide supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students and AINs/PSAs Worked as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, managed own work time and personal wellbeing Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes Involved in clinical and compliance auditing About You You will hold a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. You will enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and have a thorough understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting. To be successful in this role, you will have: Solid experience in a fastpaced perioperative environment Excellent interpersonal, communication and clinical problemsolving skills Demonstrated clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients undergoing surgical procedures Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Experience implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities About Us Located near Kings Park, Mount Private Hospital is Western Australias leading private provider of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery supported by the largest private Critical Care Unit (CCU).
